Migdalia Bulnes

Chief

Deputy Chief Migdalia Bulnes Joined the Chicago Police Department in 1998 and currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Training and Support Group. She is currently a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Cook County Regional Organized Crime Task Force (CCROC). DC Bulnes previously served as Commander of the 4th (South Chicago) District. She’s also worked as a Sergeant of Detectives in Area Central, as well as a Tactical Lieutenant, Watch Lieutenant, in the 4th District. DC Bulnes has a master’s degree in public administration from Lewis University and graduated from Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety.
